"I bought a brand new 2008 1200 Sportster last June (Fathers Day Weekend) for my 1st bike (never rode one in my life)....going through my mid life crisis at the ripe old age of 40...lol but the mistake I made was not purchasing it from Hooiser Harley....Then in April of 2009, I decided to upgrade to a brand new 2009 Heritage Softail Teal/Cream Colors....ohhh so awesome...then I dealt with Hooier Harely instead...Brad the loan officer and there team there was the best customer service that we have had in a very long time. Made you feel comfortable, worked on a great deal, very professional, lots of merchandise to choose from and most of all very happy that you sent me home with the Harley that I wanted,,,,Thank You agiain Brad, Jason and to the rest of your staff,,,It's been a great pleasure dealing with you and we will be back to deal with you all again....... "I came in on a thursday with a bad rear tire with 3000 miles on it. Stan & Ryan looked at it & said they would send it in to see what the tire company could do.They got me right in to put a new tire on my bike because the other one wasn't safe, plus did some other work on the bike with out having a appointment. Parts & Service has treated me very well from day one. I just wanted to say thanks for all work you done on my bike & keep up the good work!!!"

"I brought my 96 Heritage Softale Springer in for my 15000 mile check-up and also needed a new back tire.You promtly came to pick it up and delivered it back to me when it was completed. That was sometime in March. I went to take it for a spin last weekend and noticed that the back tire was considerably off to one side, just about touching the rear fender. I called service and talked to John M. He promtley sent Eric out THAT day and picked it up and brought it to the shop. He called me after he had a chance to look it over and came to a swift conclusion on how to fix it. I am also in retailing and was overwhelmed with the great customer service, especially on a beautiful day when you folks were probably very busy.Keep up the great work. And thanks, I really appreciate it."

"When I bought my '05 'Train from Hoosier, you told me about the Extended Service Plan, but, I didn't figure I would need it. But, against my better judgement ( and to get Woodie to shut up about it ), I went ahead and got it. So, of course, I had no trouble with my bike. Then, last Labor Day weekend I was gettin' ready to go to Chillocothe for the Easyrider Bike Rodeo and noticed a drip of oil on the transmission side. Brought the bike over and Ryan installed a new gasket. All I paid was the deductable. So, I had made my money back on the ESP already. Sweet, huh ? It gets better.... I decided to have a big bore kit installed this fall, and, while changing the cam, the tech realized the crank was bad. FYI, a crank for a 88 c. i. is about $900.00. Ryan contacted HD and , under the ESP, they cut a check for the crank, gaskets, and even the labor it took to install the crank. I really can't say enough good things about Hoosier HD. They always treat you right and answer ANY questions. Every one from the Accessory Dept. to Service to Sales to Parts have ALWAYS been friendly and helpful to me. I would tell anyone that's buying a bike to go to Hoosier and be sure to get the ESP, 'cause ya just never know........"

"First of all I have to give a huge Thanks to Jason H. in sales for all the work he put in with the purchase of my new 2009 Fat Bob. Jason did a great job answering all the questions I had. I greatly appreciate all the work and help I received from John, Russell and Brad. Great Team players who help direct me with the best solutions when it came to the concerns I had with the care, maintenance and accessories for my new 2009 HD purchase. It's been a great experience working with Stan and Eric in the parts department. I know these guys have heard the same questions over and over again but they did a great job with getting the parts I wanted and answering the questions I had to make my Fat Bob an expression of myself. I also met Larry in the service department who was so cool to talk to and to see all the hard work and artistic touch he was putting into my bike with the upgrades and the accessories. Larry is an icon of why I always wanted to be a Harley owner. And, unfortunately there is a young lady in retail that I can't recall her name. She however goes above and beyond with helping me in retail every time. She is always so helpful and set me up with the best gear! I’ve received fantastic service from Hoosier Harley. "my buddy and i were rolling to elhart to pick up a trailer coming down I-69 to the toll booth mike my buddy pulls along side and says we have a problem i have no shifter he was in high gear so we decide to get him rolling down the toll and coming up to exit 92 our exit we see your billboard we ask the girl at the toll booth she tells us excatly where your at so he times the lights and makes it i roll up about 7:15 and there's a guy walking to his truck looking like he's going home and i ask him if he can help us out he goes back in the dealership looks up the parts get's the loc-tight and tool and takes care of us i belive his name was Jon so i just want you to know what a great job he did for us we even tried to tip him and he wouldn't take it thanks so much for saving our trip jimi G."

"I just wanted to take a minute to thank the proffesionals you have working at Hoosier HD for there knoledge of motorcycles. i was in last week to drop off flyers for a bennifit ride and started looking around at new and used bikes. i had alot of questions about ultra classicswere answered very proffesionally by your sales staff. when it was all said and done, i walked out with a 2008 105th anniversary ultra classic. this bike is awesome. i traded in a 1995 HD and was pleased with the trade in amount. my new bike was used and was missing a couple items that a new bike would have (charger and head set) your staff took the time to get these items for me and most of all showed me how everything works on the bike. your staff made me feel like a real friend and part of the Hoosier HD family. everybody that sees the new bike says how great it looks and i tell them how great Hoosier HD is. i know i will be a lifelong customer. thanks again. "I am about how a potential customer is treated by the staff of a business. I had prior to walking into then at the time Gerencer's a particular Yahmaha dealer in Elkhart and was looking at some of their used bikes for about a half hour without even a single hello from a person working there. I walked out and drove over to Gerencer's and as soon as I stepped onto the show room floor I was greeted in a maner that made me feel like I was an old friend. I was talking to the salesman, Brad, and informed him I was looking for a bike for my wife and it needed to be low to the ground. As we talked he noticed I continued to look at the used bikes and he made the comment that for a few hundred more I could get a new Harley. He showed me a new 06 883L and I made note of the price and that it was as he said just a few hundred more than the used. I respected that and after my hemhawing around I made the purchase of an arriving 06' 883L for my wife. I was then asking about custom pipes and was directed to Stan the master of accessories and he offered excellent advise on pipes for the bike and I have no complaints on his recommendation. I have since been in Hoosier for just a look at the inventory and work done on my 1200 Custom and the treatment has been the same even though the name has changed. You could not walk on to a better show room and be met by a better staff than those at Hoosier. I have been to a dealer in South Bend and have vowed to never buy a drink of water from them because I was ignored there the same as I was at the Elkhart Yahmaha dealership. Money is not a factor with me it is the service and treatment that you recieve regardless if you spend 10k or 10 cents. I return to a dealer because of great honest service and treatment, not how good a price I can get. Hoosier HD will continue to have my business and anyone I meet that may be in the market for a quality Bike sold by a 1st Class dealership will be steered to them as well. Keep up the great work Hoosier!"

"My wife and I were on two bikes on a road trip from NH thru Vermont, Upper State NY, Toronto, Michigan, Chicago and back thru Illinois when we stopped for gas. When I started my bike I noticed the voltage guage on my 2001 Road Glide was lower than usual. As we pulled out of the station the reading went down to 8 so we immediately went to Hoosiers. We pulled in and I told the person at the service desk my predicament and within 15 minutes a Master Techinican was analyzing the problem. He told me the stator was gone and that it needed to be replaced. They checked stock and began working on my bike. Within a half hour, there was a problem with the electricity and all the lights and computers were off. However the mechanics still continued to work on my bike with flashlights. Within 2 hours the bike was fixed with a new stator, battery and primary fluid replaced. When anyone is on a long trip and need to make so many miles in a day, it is refreshing to know that whereever you are, Harley Service Departments drop what they are doing to correct your issue and get you back on the road. I am sincerly grateful for the level of service and the responsiveness your operation provided me. Someday I will be back! Joe and Deb Calabro"

"On July 25, 2007 I was traveling from Bracebridge, Ontario to Missouri and found the weather had turned to thunderstorms. I found myself in Elkhart, Indiana needing a new front tire. Using my Harley map book, I found Hoosier Harley. I explained I was traveling and needed a new tire, and new I may have to wait for a few days. The sales rep brought me to the service department, and Gretchen and Ryan made me feel right at home. They changed the tire right away. The mechanic did a great job. I really thought everyone at Hoosier Harley were first rate friendly people. I picked up some clothing when the tire was done and proudly wear my Hoosier HD shirts and hat. The total experience could not have been better. I really hope that the owners know what a great staff they have at Hoosier HD. I was on the road in just over an hour, and hit hours of rain, thunder and lightning that day. I was very grateful to have that new tire on. When I travel west again, I'll go out of my way to go back to Hoosier HD in Elkhart, Indiana. Thanks to everyone(especially Gretchen and Ryan) at Hoosier HD.
